Junior Johny Lever, Jimmy Moses to perform for May Queen Ball

Jimmy Moses popularly known as Junior Johny Lever who will perform with his rib-tickling comedy during the ninth edition of May Queen Ball on May 7, at the Diplomatic Club at 9.00 p.m. onwards organised by Goan Welfare Association. Jimmy Moses was born in Mumbai and whose passion is to laugh and make everyone laugh. He will be attending May Queen Ball to entertain all the participants with his superb comedy and mimicry. Jimmy has been doing comedy for close to two decades and has performed in more than 26 countries.




Jimmy Moses performs his standup act globally with film celebrities, playback singers, corporate shows and also under his own banner “ Jimmy Moses Show”. He performed in the country and overseas, with Shah Rukh Khan, Sonu Nigam, Aishwarya Rai, Amir Khan, Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Preity Zinta, Priyanka Chopra, Dino Moria and also elder brother Johny Lever on his tours. On Johnny Lever, "he has established himself as an incredible `peoples' artist. For him, Johny Lever is a very good friend, father and brother. He grew up watching Johny Lever and considers him as his idol. Jimmy Moses has quite a few sitcoms to his credit, including Sachin's home production Tu Tu Mein Mein and Jimmy Moses Show for Zee Telefilms. It is a stand up comedy show. Jimmy also has his share of Bollywood and have acted in flicks such as Aap Muje Aache Lagne Lage, Tera Jaadu Chal Gaya, including Joru ka Gulam,Ghaat, Amdani athane karcha rupiya, Krazy 4, Kahi Pyar Na Ho jaye, Cover Page and Fool & Final. His poplular TV Serials were Laughter Champions (Star One), Return to Mirza Galib, Gubbare, Smile News, Khiladi, Siyaram Hit Parade and Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani.

The May Queen Ball has been successful in getting worldwide coverage for the event and is one of the eagerly awaited event among the Indian community in the State of Qatar. This year May Queen Ball will have an added attraction in the form of of Slumdog Millionaire Choreographer Longinus Fernandes depicting dance sequences of “Jai Ho” and Pappu Can’t Dance”. Everyone who will attend the event will enjoy the evening.

The highlight of the evening is Crowning of May Queen 2009. So far entries have come from Kuwait, Dubai, Bahrain, Muscat, India and Qatar and more are expected from other nationalities.
